Hey everyone, DeeChan here and probably the only one from Nepal (yes, the one Trump called 'Nipple' and of course Mount Everest n Buddha)

Well I've been online on this server since maybe end of last ladder bt never got around the forums, and it's been a pleasant stay.
I started playing on around 2001 (yea) but haven't touch it since 2005-ish. Recently got bored on a cheap laptop so :)

    Well see you guys around.

    Hi and welcome.

Also seems like trump never met a Ghurka soldier, else he would talk with a lot more respect.

Nice place! Personally, I would visit it some day if it were not for the cobras that dwelt even these high-altitude places :(. Are there really snakes that high or it is just articles and etc ?Indiana Jones travelled to Nepal in the "Riders of the lost ark" to check for Ravenwood and find the Ark.

Thanks all for warm welcome, its great!

Cobras, no way. But one-horned rhinos, tigers, elephants for sure, even red pandas in Everest region. And definitely lots of high altitude trekking areas, great natural sight, been in few myself tho none over 5000 meters.

Yea, but the real mystery is how he got a plane to fly up to the Himalayan region at that time/year/period...

    Ps; we also got Kamar-Taj:tup:

Well, aren't there any cobras at all in Nepal, or you refer to the highest regions only ? As far as I know, some part of the country lie in the Indian plates.
As for Jones, the movie was set to take place in 1935 - by then a third generation of aeroplanes was built and used. The first planes were introduced in the early 1900s, used during the WW1. Even the first Trans-Atlantic flight occured in 1927. So, why not in 1935 to fly to Nepal, even at some higher places. Let's not forget that the next year the Spanish Civil War broke out and the Luftwaffe's advanced flighters took part in it.

Cobras-or any snakes in general are mostly found in mostly Indian-border areas which is about 10-15% area of Nepal, elsewhere would be rare sighting but we do find from time to time, even in around Kathmandu. But we're totally safe country to visit, we got the vaccines to treat it ;)
And yes, we do lie in the same tectonic plate whose shift resulted in creating the Hindu-Kush mountain range as well the 2015 quakes.

Must've been on stealth mode

I see. btw, for you and your people is normal to live at such high altitute region. But if I or somebody else from Eastern Europe has to relocate for a while, I don't think it would be that easy and would take some time to get accustomed to.

Well true, but only some people live upto around 4000m above sea level, but we (and me) all average around 1800m only so it's about same for everyone to get acclimatized to those heights but worth it
