Guide Install and Use Topaz Chat

    Just type in the server address. You don't have to do it through the dropdown menu.

    When I'm trying to connect to server via topazchat it drops due to timeout, what am i doing wrong? upload_2021-6-14_11-39-28.png

    Hi! The same problem. But doesn't show now error messages that program couldn't resolve server.

    Make sure your account is not logged already in game client then try again in Topaz

    Most of us are using a second *acc just for the topaz chat.

    Do topaz 8 have a chat log save option like topaz 7? cant find it anywhere.

    topaz chat 8.20 closing itself regularly on OS CPU spike loads - is there an update without that flaw?

    Chances are the issue is on your end, there are no other similar reports in regard to Topaz Chat.

    Nowadays, I have disconnection every time I try to use it. Is it only on my end? In-game chat works fine.

    You can:

    -Copy/paste text into and out from the chat.
    -Chat threads in their own windows.
    -Roll back a long time of chat messages.

    You can not:

    -See hero names. The chat lists *acc names only.

    Nope, it is for the out-game chat (Diablo II channel). For ingame chat, there is the ingame chat window (M).

    Outdated how? all you have to do is put the server address and your account name
    there is two versions when you download it, you tried TopazChat 8 to see if you have same problem? because your screens are from version 7 (I am using Topaz 8 without any problems following same guide)
