Solved Low Lvl Duels rules?

Hey all, I was wondering, are there any LLD rules on this server like we have it for high level duels? Or do the high lvl duels' rules apply to LLD as well? I couldn't find anything about it on the forum so I decided to create a thread. I'm talking about public games, I understand players can agree on their own rules when playing in a private game. Thanks in advance!
