Make few things match real b.net

    Hi!

    In official realms superior items always spawn with max def +1. Here they spawn with random def. So basically it's possible to have superior AP 10% Ed that is actually worse than one with no ed.
    Also, in official b.net realm there is a server side patch (not happening on SP) which moves Cain next to your stash at act 5.

    Hello,
    Superior armor rolls perfect base defense before ED is added.
    A monarch for example can roll 133-148 defense but every superior monarch no matter the % will have 148 base defense before ED is applied so you can have a 133 defense with 15% durability.

    Oh, I never knew that detail. Thought that all superiors come with perfect base def. Sorry for that.

    But moving cain next to stash at a5 would still be nice to have convenience feature.
