My Pally inventory looks full but its empty

When i'm doing MF i can't put a item in my inventory cause look like have something there and the item gets stuck in my hand and i cant drop it so a lose the item and i cant do MF please help me the nickname is Kyross thank you.

 

Make sure you have the server patch, which can be found in the Help Desk section, one of the stickies. Seems like this is the issue.
