NEW Europe Realm - Players Opinion Needed

This thread isn't about modifying the current realm. Some players do like the 1x rates while others do not. We gained success with the actual patch so what we gonna do is improve it but not change the rates. I simply cannot see that many players that will play a 1x over 10x with decreasing exp (remember that we have decreasing exp down to 1x)



@ArmyOfOne if you got 200 ping from BG is FINE. If you got 1000+ then it's your own problem so call your ISP

Then such ppl should never play online games!



@Bglzaborg, the game is empty? There are 100-200 online players are probably we are the biggest private server around. Are you new to diablo2 or what? This game doesn't have hundred/thounds of users per server for years. No idea why, but all your posts are simply non-sense and non-thinked at all. Maybe you want to change that? Or simply find yourself another server atleast haf as big as this one? Buy the europe server if you find it that cheap then.

 

Some good news, we have ordered an EU dedicated so we are planning on opening the EU Realm.

It's gonna be a mirror of the US Realm so no lame mods and stuff. Also, none of the current accounts will be transfered.

At the moment, we are targeting majority of EU players that cannot play on our US realm due to 100-200ms latency.

I don't understand why people that got 0 experience in that come up with these conclusions? The only way of solving the ping problem would be for you to move into the US or a closer location. Got that?

Also I don't understand why are you posting here when the decision was already made and the realm is already online.

Guess what, we had almost 100 created games today so thats +30-50 than our average games. What does this mean? We just gained plently of EU players and the US is still the biggest atm since most of players won't start another char on EU anytime soon.

Last, but not least we have one of the most appreciated patches and developers from all history of d2 private servers so why not turning this into an advantage? If we would have picked a different mod then maybe other players from other continents would have been dissapointed and viceversa. It's clearly that we'll grow bigger and bigger. Remember, no one keeps you here and if you wish to play then you are welcome to do it, otherwise good like on those low populated d2 servers that struggle to keep up.
