why so low str...
with higher str this jewel would have been really good.
but still with the ED/cold resist and -15req you could still get ohm+ to Lo

None of these rings/jewels really have some value.
If they are up to lvl 30 requirements, some people are looking for low lvl stuff.
Then you could be able to sell some.

Sometimes its hard to make out of its 25 or 26,
but still around 2ber+ to 3 ber
Not sure if jewel 30 max, has some value.

the base is nice, but people usually look at the added defense wich in your case is low (754).
