about the boots i can only say its an item i would keep, but i have no clue how to price it. as always offer it ingame and let people offer on it.

the amulet is junk, since the stats arent good enough to be useful without any class skill.

 

Oh I forgot to mention the amulet has 2 to necro skills. Can amulets with 20fcr and nice mods have a value?

 

well, if its +2 necro you should keep it, too.
i cant say if its useful, because as far as i know necros need 15+fcr from amulet but there might be some builds that dont. so again offer it and wait for offers.
20 fcr with nice mods like high str,dex,life,res can be worthy even without skills.
remember every +2 class skill 20 fcr without adds can be worthy, too.

dont really know the price of the sorc torch, can give just one advice here which is to not sell it under sur.

to me the crafted amus seem useless.
15 ias 14 all res jewel is very nice 2ber+
7 fhr 9 str 17 ed 7 max is good too but dont know if there is any use for it, probably for barbs.
