Its almost imposs to find ethernal + highest rez targe compared to rondache, since rondache is griswolds drop. I think targe would cost alot more. Though I wont argue since I have very little experience clearing cows and finding other runeword bases than griswold's.

Nobody said targe doesn't cost a lot. If it's ETH 40+ or EDMG 60% it costs over a BER.

Hello, Dafranco pretty much answered to your questions, however, the scepter is worth nothing. The only plaussible use for it to be a 3 FoH or 3 FoH+conviction. No char has a build with this specific scepter.

Last one in my opinion is really good, probably around Ber+.

Others are worthless.

 

i'd say that the second one is around 1-2 bers since its really good for pvp fire sorcs and the rest around Lo-sur
