It depends on who you sell it to. If a sorc looks at this helm and they know what they are doing, they won't think highly of it since the top mod isn't 20%. If you find a sorc using Eschuta's, they might buy it. Note that 15% to light damage is useless since it just adds to light mastery and so the bottom mod is negligible. However, for a Javazon, they rely on both the top and the bottom mod to deal insane damage. So, while this helm is worth quite a bit, you have to find a Javazon to buy it. Most top end Javas on the server usually have perf griffs, so this will be a hard sale due to lack of buyers. Chances are, since its 1% from perf (excluding def), you are expecting a lot too so this will detour sorc buyers. I really don't know what the helm is worth since as a sorc player, I wouldn't buy it due to the top mod. My estimate in terms of a javazon is probably around 5-6 ber.
