Hardcore is not softcore.
There are not many $$ donors at hardcore, so the market is still ~normal. Please do not estimate items at hardcore when you haven`t played really HC.

jew 9str/15all rez - hard to define (my personal advice is to use it - jew like this is really hard to find). But if you want to trade it, create game and wait the best offer. In my opinion it should worth at least 3-4 bers (but runes are just a currency - so it`s better to think what you need for your chars)

This is pretty much useless. A hybrid/ghost claw has to have either fools; +2sk; +30% ias+ and useful staffmods, e.g. +3LS/fade/mb/block (2 sockets is also extremely desirable on claws) OR high % ed (as close to 300% as possible); fools; +30% ias. 2 sockets along with eth/self rep combination is extremely wanted here, not as much as +skills/staffmods.

Also, base is important. The first set of mods is preferred on a runic talons/feral claws base, whereas the second one with suwayyah/war fist base. The one you have is rather bad, even after upgrade. The only useful mods there is fools. Also, ias on war fist/suwayyah type of claws (high dmg and slow) isn't that important due to WSM bug (replacing claws positions in hands that results in higher attack speed regardless of the claw wield in left hand).
