    first 2 rings are really good, grim eye is ok.
    But with these stats it is hard to give an exact price. the first 2 are at least 10-15 ber+. grim eye bit less value cause only hp/mana/AR and no stats like str/dex
    But someone might come along and offer you 20-30 ber+ just because they want it, so best to see what offers you can get.
