    Prices we give are just an estimate, it is not Gospel or set in stone.
    In the end it all depends on how much someone wants said item and how much he/she is willing to pay for it.

    an 18/14 griffon can go for around 4 ber

    Not too sure about Voulge, but i know Colossal Voulge with those stats can go for sur+ to ber.
    5 OS 3 ES any staff, dont think this has a price unless its 4 socket.
    Soj can go for vex to ohm, depending on seller/buyer.
    Perfecht arach goes for Sur Lo to ber
    Highlords, you can usually get free if you ask someone.
    Not sure about the giant tresher 5 socks, maybe Lo to Sur, cause it is not an item most people look for.

    Well, I'm just saying what I got so other people that are selling similar items know what offers to expect. Obviously the prices can vary depending on many things, it's an open market after all and the ladder is still kinda fresh. Good that everybody is very helpful. Sharing knowledge is very important. :p

    Nice tiara, would have been worth a lot more if it was +2 sorc.
    But like this with the 21 str and 17 all resist you can still get 3 ber+
