    from what ive seen recently, unless it has fast cast rate, with + to skills there is no real value in this

    It's quite obvious that 1sk would be less valuable than 2sk lol

    If it is 1 sk and 20 rez 20 stats it wouldn't be more than ber sur I think

    without 20 fcr or 30frw with 3 socks, most circlets have no real value.
    Unless you find someone looking for specific stats without fcr, wich hardly ever happens.

    Low stats green TM for pala will start from ber sur - 2ber, mid stats will be around 5 ber and a 20-20 one will be above 10, perf will be 13 ber
    Blue TM 2sk go slightly more expensive than the green TM prices. Both TM colours if ETH are more expensive with around 2ber. A perf eth one could reach 15-18ber.
    As I said previously it can go from a couple of bers to over a dozen. :)
    Fedoractor gave you a good answer about 1skill Blue TM. BTW. I saw someone paying 6-7 ber for 1sk 20-20 but I feel he did not pay attention that it is with 1skill.
