    You know perfect what should be the price of this item. I dont know why u aways try to hustle somebody with ur lower prices . Ive seen you sell something and when u buy it u pay x2 under the price u offer it and now u are hilarious

    Not worth 15, but think how rare a circlet like this is, and how fast you cant get ber's on this server. I'd pay ~ 5-6 for it, tho i dont play fire sorc :)

    And as you see the mods your going to get are not worth for helm, but for amulet (casters) and ring (blood) they are very valuable if you hit fcr/str/rez/other mods in addition.
    Valuable helms you can find or gamble for caster are rare (yellow) coronets/diadems/circlets with skills+fcr+other mods

    The skin is diadem, the item is magic (blue) name is "of magus" not jewers or machanics ;)

    For 10years of d2 I havent seen such thing. Circlet with cast and skills should be for example "volcanic circlet of magus" when is with socks its name becomes "volcaning circlet of jewelers/mechanics" so how it is both I dont know, u can imagine how rare it is... I didnt know there is this kind of combination with socks, and u cant farm it I asure you ;)

    Nope, just based on item level and ilvl (lvl of the monster drop)
