Admin and Game Masters will never ask you for your account password so never share your password with others.

When trading with other players or muling, do not drop items on the ground and always use the trade window feature that the game comes with. You also run the risk of the game crashing or you losing your internet connection in the middle of a transfer. If your items were on the ground when this happened, it is highly likely that your items will be lost for good, therefore by using the trade window you eliminate risks of being scammed or losing your items. Items transfer between your own characters, also known as muling, must be done only through the trade window feature too and you are able to do it on your own simply by running a secondary or multiple game instances through our server loader. Gems and jewels trades must be fully recorded, together with both sides agreement and we recommend multiple lower volume trades over a single large trade.

Items trading between different cores (Hardcore, Softcore) must be made in the presence of an admin that will first confirm the transfer agreement and then he will collect all the items from both players so in the end he will trade them away to their new owners, in separate cores. Otherwise do so at your own risk.

Failing to comply with our trading security rules is highly risky and may result in being scammed so please use the trade window and make our job easier.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to incorrect trading or account sharing but we will do our best to help you out as scamming is not tolerated here.

Warning: There is absolutely no excuse in scamming someone who dropped items on the ground instead of using trade window or for any other reason and as a member of this community you should instruct that person about the correct way of trading items so no one will take advantage of his mistake. 1. Not allowed to use any kind of harmful software that may influence the game

- Not allowed to use bots, accelerators, auto looters, etal, packet manipulation or any other third party cheat software that automates or tampers with the game in any way.

- Absolutely no botting! This will lead to a permanent lock of all your associated accounts!

- Not allowed to abuse unfair game bugs such as invincible barb which is forbidden.

- You are allowed to make use of those bugs considered to be part of the game such as ethereal defense bug, mephisto moat trick, etc.

- The provided maphack and auto teleport plugin are the only tools allowed on our realm and they can be downloaded from here. In case of doubt contact us first.

2. Not allowed to buy or sell items for real money, virtual currencies, cards, vouchers, skins, etc

- No third party trading!

- You are not allowed to commercialize, give, receive, or trade accounts.

- Trading in-game items or services must be done for other in-game items or services within our community only.

- You are not allowed to trade accounts, characters or items for real money or any virtual currencies (outside the game) such as load, vouchers, cards, items or services in other games, dota skins, csgo skins, d2jsp gold, d2r, etc.

- If you are caught buying, selling and trading items for real money or other virtual currency outside our server, website or forums it will result in being banned permanently without notice. This includes but it's not limited to social networking such as facebook, instagram, twitter, vk or any other gaming forum or trading website etc.

3. Scam, fraud and theft attempts are not allowed

- Attempting to scam another user is a bannable offense. This includes but is not limited to stealing items during muling, not fulfilling a trade, any and all attempts at acquiring items via manipulation or social engineering, etc. If you see a player dropping items for the purpose of muling or trading you should warn him not to do this again.

- No self bidding! Shill bidding is not allowed.

- You are not allowed to push up a price artificially by bidding against yourself or by getting family or friends to do so.

- The fraud and/or theft attempts must be reported through multiple screenshots to be valid as evidence.

- Sending reports with edited screenshots will be considered an attempt to scam the server administration.

- Read our report rules before making a complaint.

4. No Player Killing!

- You can only duel if both players agree to fight in a duel game.

- You are not allowed to kill players outside of a Duel or PK game.

- No naked killing or killing without saying "G", "GO", "READY" or anything along the lines implying that both sides are ready before the duel takes place.

- Hostiling players in a non-duel game for the sake of spooking them is considered griefing and may be punished, especially if the game was created in Hardcore.

- In case of a bet duel use /admins and whisper the GM to see if anyone is available to moderate your duel in a fair way and hold the bets of both sides, only after you and your opponent agreed with everything beforehand. Moderating bet duels do not fall under admin attributes so please do not abuse their volunteering time.

5. Abusive language and behavior

- Not allowed to use any serious insults, or threaten the players and/or the server.

- Harassment or hate speech can get you banned at the mod or admin discretion.

- You may block an individual player from whispering you by using /ignore or /squelch commands.

- Not allowed to discriminate against players because of their birthplace, physical condition, mentality, sexual, religious or political orientation or use offensive words towards their families.

- Any insults that involve directly the family members (mother, father, brothers, sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, fiance, husband or wife) are mutable or punishable in all messaging systems (whispers, normal chat or mail inbox). No exception! Family members should not be included in your insults.

- Purposefully trying to ruin another player's game experience may also get you suspended so use common sense. This includes any form of griefing such as harassment, dirty tps, disrupting baal games, PK attempts, etc. Farming in a rush game that you did not create after being asked to leave will also be considered griefing.

- Don't try to push limits by doing something you were told not to, don't be rude to users/moderators/admins just because you feel entitled to something.

6. Offensive or discriminatory names, description and similar names to staff members are not allowed

- No offensive, discriminatory, nazi related, etc or any other names that are not appropriate to be used inside of a gaming community

- This rule is available for both account and character names, game description and account profile description

- You may not impersonate or present yourself to be a representative of the server staff.

- You may not use a short form or a name shortcut that is similar to staff members or server name.

7. Disrespect towards our server or staff members is not allowed

- The user does not despise our work, or insult our staff.

- Don't try to push limits and be rude to users/moderators/admins just because you feel entitled to something, remember that playing here is a privilege not a right.

- Spreading false rumors is prohibited and will lead to a permanent ban, you must provide evidence and contact the right authorized person to handle your report.

- Any server negative comments shall be punished. You can make a common-sense suggestion, there is no need to be a hater and disrespect our work.

8. The user will not take responsibilities, or act as a Game Master, or as Admin

- Do not ask for privileges from administrators.

- Do not deceive others posing as a friend, relative or acquaintance of the administrators.

- Do not take proper attributions of a Game Master (suspend an account, block characters, award prizes, etc).

- All our server emails will originate from a europebattle.net, usabatle.net or gamesymbol.com domain address.

- Discussing a ban or mute of other people in public is forbidden. You should instead contact a moderator privately.

9. Account security

- The user will use his own email to register since this is the way to recognize you as the account holder.

- You are not allowed to request data to other users.

- It is your responsibility to keep this information secret.

- If you lose your email you will not be able to change your personal information or receive support.

- We are not responsible for the security of your account and we advise you not to share personal accounts with any family members or friends.

- Members must ensure that the site you use to log in is the real server website and not a scam one

- Any problems arising from sharing your account(s), password or personal information in any Internet Cafe or other places are the sole responsibility of the registered member

- Do not give away your login information no matter who that person is. The moment you give away your login information or personal information you basically gave away all the items that you have, including the account itself. Infraction of this rule is done at your own risk and you are directly responsible for any abuse being done on your behalf.

10. Not allowed to advertise other servers, websites or applications

- Public disclosure of other diablo 2 servers, sites, gaming servers, non-gaming related websites, pornography or download of any kind is not allowed.

- You are not allowed to advertise other D2 server rankings or guides that do not affiliate with our servers, always ask for permission first.

- You are not allowed to advertise other gaming servers and non-gaming related websites.

- Discussions on cheats or piracy are strictly forbidden. This includes discussion on installing cheats, hacks or pirated software, circumventing anti-cheat mechanics, linking websites that deal with piracy or cheats, etc.

11. Donations and Refund Policy

- We appreciate your donations as they keep the server running but this isn't going to make you a special person in-game or forum. If donors violate the rules, they can still get banned just like any normal characters even if they donated a hundred times. Everyone is treated equally in our servers.

- All donations are made by members who donated in our servers in their own free will. This means we did not ask or force you to donate in our servers.

- Any donations made to the server are non-refundable, charging back will be considered scam and will lead to permanent account suspension.

- All donations will receive recognition in the form of virtual currency or items.

- The site and realms are on paid hosting services, without donations, none of these can exist.

- The server administration will not be held responsible for any lost / disappeared / missing / stolen items. Whatever the cause may be, unfortunately, we cannot refund or give back any lost items especially if you shared details with another person or failed to secure your account data. However, we will do our best to help you.

- Do not under any circumstances drop items on the ground while transferring. Diablo 2 deletes items that have been sitting on the ground for too long. You also run the risk of the game crashing or you losing your internet connection in the middle of a transfer. If your items were on the ground when this happened, it is highly likely that your items will be lost for good. We do not replace items lost during transfer for any reason.

12. Main Channel and Chat Rules

- English only should be used inside of the main Diablo II chat channel as this is an international server housing all nations and we must understand each other.

- If you want to use non-english then /whisper that person to who you're talking, move to a separate chat channel or create a game to talk to that person

- If you really have no english language skills at all then use short forms such as " Any PH/BR/Russian online, whisper me or create game " so a co-national player may whisper and help you.

- Allow a decent time in between your trade messages, do not post them all too often. In case of buying or selling multiple items, include them all into one longer chat line.

- No excessive spamming or flooding in a channel, use whole phrases instead of typing one word per line, avoid the use of CAPS as we all can see the regular text just fine too.

- Inadequate language in any language used on global chat will be punished, personal attacks and other toxic behaviors are forbidden.

Punishments will always be at the discretion of the admin based on the severity of rules broken. However, as a rule of thumb: cheating and abuse cases will result in a permanent ban.
Other punishments may include: warnings, temporary bans of varying length, global chat or in-game mute, season-only ban, etc and keep in mind that playing here is a privilege not a right.

These rules may be changed without any notice.
Staff members hold the right to punish players if they feel the issue is serious enough, if you wish to dispute a punishment please send me a private message.
