    Hello there,
Most applications require administrator access nowdays so it's a bit odd to see a work laptop with no permissions whatsoever but I'd say go ahead with installing the game and see if it starts for you. If it doesn't then some screenshots with current system accounts and maybe the launch menu (right clicking the executable) would be good so we can see what permissions you have.

So what happens when you click "Run as administrator" in this case?

Indeed, it's been years since I last time heard about something like that. There could be ways to bypass that but I'm positive the employee guideline says you can't try to hack their stuff and that could get you fired so I think it's best to ask one of your managers. Still, are you sure you've actually been restricted from any administrative permissions at all? Maybe you're not using the primary administrator account as that could be disabled if you are on a newer operating system but you should still have access to administrator privileges and how about setting compatibility mode? If you go ahead and select compatibility mode to XP SP2 you should automatically gain administrator access for that application as well.

/edit So did the screenshot that @Angeloffaith posted helped you? If yes then your system account does have administrator privileges for sure.
Setting compatibility is optional for some people but it's included in our connect guide as others may need it in order to run older games in newer operating systems like Windows 10 for example.
