Throw-barb suggestions

Hello, I've got a level 50-ish Throw Barb that's somewhere in Nightmare, I'd really like to know server-specific or in-general the mid to end game items I'm searching for as a throw barb. Could definitely use some suggestions, I currently use a couple types of thrown axes that are as effective as I could find so-far, I mastered in throw weapons and use some silly things like leap as an evasion tactic, other points are into hollering buffs. Appreciate ideas for anything from armor and jewelry all the way but especially to throwing weapons. Do my weapon masteries effect the type of weapons I throw? For example does axe mastery effect throwing axes ontop of throwing mastery? thank you!

 

Have you checked out the throw barb guide yet? The gear is pretty interchangeable, but I think you most definitely will want an eth lacerator and eth warshrike combo for weapons. Axe mastery will only affect melee attacks such as frenzy and beserk, and throw mastery will only affect ranged attacks.
