i am using obs program to start streaming d2 on twitch.there is one problem whenever i start to stream and run game on fullscreen it starts to freeze alot and sometimes my pc goes shutdown automatically without any reason. Any suggestions and tips would be appreciated
We always tell you to share more details if you require assistance as we cannot guess important things like what operating system are you using, if you overclocked your computer or not which i this case it might require extra voltage, etc. As far as I know, players that are streaming our server on a regular basis don't have a simillar issue. @Scarecrow might come down and reply but doesn't seem to be that active in forums, however you can find him in-game under the name of *extr
Hey there. PC freezing and/or shutting down/restarting could be caused by overheating. This is the most common issue. Usually when you run something with high CPU and usage and have tons of dust in your PC it might crash. Make sure your PC is clean of dust (should be cleaned every 6 months or so). Other reason could be that it simply cannot handle the program. Would be really nice to see those PC specs.
