Unknow ver + launcher problem

Hello.
For many years.

First say use Windows 7 problem are:
1st - After click client.exe for start(loader) nothing happen not start if wait 5-10 min starting but with very bad graphic nothing can see...
Game start quickly only with -w(windows mode).
2nd - If use any loaders say Unknow version. If use for 1.13c loader say the game can't use 1.13c loader ^^ no comment if use EuropeBattle loader say the game can't use 1.12 ver loader..

More one question:
I`m from bulgaria and ping is little high 200ms (2s lag)
Someone know how to down the ping? Program or etc.?

Hello friend , Newinstall diablo maybe fix the problem and clear allreg in /run/regedit , clearcookies look for right install patch from the server site and make its right . For the high ping , they make a project for EU Realm so wait a soon time , if u whant program try smoothping . Good luck

Fist and foremost, Right cleek on the icon. hit Properties> Compatibly and check all the options. Set it to run in Windows XP compatibly mode.
As far as the launcher problems go. Make use your patched up to 1.13c, if you are, I'd suggest re-installing the game. If your not using the disks to install, make sure the version you ARE installing is making registry entries. Check the comments on the thing.
