Solved whats wrong with game or me

for some reason after i did the Windows 10 update it not letting me load another window so i can self xfer or anything like that is it me or the game or Windows 10 problem

think it was my end got it now

 

It happens to me upon occasion; Seems it's most likely for me after going afk for a portion of time. Simply closing(with task manager) any open "GameGuard.exe" or "Game.exe" processes that are left hanging in the background will solve this problem if it arises again. Cheers!
