   I used to get this on a certain SP mod i used to play.
   Still dont know how to fix it or what caused it, only thing i could do was change acts and it was gone.
   So if this keep happening try changing acts, you can still make out the wp.
   And then go to act 2 or 1.
   At least that is how i used to solve it, dont know if it works here also.
