   So when I try to start the loader.exe it says 403 forbidden you have been banned from the server ? I never played this server? my IP is 93.123.90.149 can you please check and let me knows what is happening? really confused.

   You've already open multiple conversations with four different admins, sent an email and open this thread so kindly stick to one contact method please and patiently wait for an answer.
   TL;DR: Your account seems to be associated to another player that has been banned couple days ago, using a different ip address won't allow the ban evade.
