Hello you nasty beasts! And a Merry Christmas to all of you and your beautiful families!

Here, I'd like us to discuss the following topic - weapons for a WW barb.

I've spent numerous hours reading through topics around the internet (and our forum) and what I can see the common opinion is that BIS is dual wield GRIEF in a PB. What I am more concerned is that all of those topics are hundreds of ages old and do not know weather they are applicable to our server.
I've seen multiple options as BOTD + Beast options, dual hand wep griefs etc. but am more curious of your opinion (and definitely justification of it, not only "this rocks!").

Looking forward to reading all your thoughts and of course discuss over them!

This would mean t-h weapon with no off hand and totally disregard the common "dual grief pbs" opinion?

Another insight i got last night by a very trusted person is that if i wanna go straight WW i stick with dual grief pbs, BUT if i wanna have some boss killing availability i go hybrid ww/berzerk and go for a BotD+ Grief. Question here is if i decide to take up my trusted person's advice what the best bases for that dual-weld hybrid weapon build will be?

Hayo just wanted to say the weapons you choose depend on the character type is it for Dueling or PvE, most time if your looking for a good barb build for PvE people are gonna recommend Dual Grief because of the damage output it has against monsters so generally if your looking for a quick kill on bosses you want atleast some crushing blow on there or you can rely on good old Laying Of Hands works everytime :)

as for WW/Zerk barbs are a good pick but i still prefer straight WW less buttons and all :D weapons bases are kinda meh... depends on if you prefer going to town to repair your stuff every few minutes (Berserker Axe) or if you want to take a stand against the enemies for several hours (Phase Blade)

I agree with you on this. Using an axe is just a matter of repairing constantly broken items. Using a sword seems more logical.

I am also looking for a nice barbarian that can be played well.
I made both WW, Frenzey and Berserk barbarian.
But the forum confused me a lot.
Everyone says something. I am looking for information that can tell me both item list and skill build that I can go solo.
I have 400 ber, I have all kinds of items, weapons and runes, I do not have a limit.
