Download Stings Maphack + AutoTeleport - The Files I Use

Many people have asked me for my files/Applications. What follows are the exact files that I use.

I play this game just like any other player. I am NOT an IT boffin and have zero intention to support any difficulty's you may encounter with the setup or use of these files. If you like them then yes please come back and say so or just click the like button bottom right of this window.

Yes Autoteleport is allowed on this server for non-PvP. (See there really is ZERO reason for anyone to use Bots on this server)
Ok there are many many copies of Stings on the internet and mine is probably one of the older versions. The configuration has been customized to my likeing so you are welcome to change it to suit yourself.

How to use AutoTele
a. Do NOT use the "Hotkeys" while the character is in town - the game WILL crash (download the alternative autotele if you experience issues)
b. "NumPad 1" Go to Quest area
b. "Numpad 2" Go to the Way Point
c. "Numpad 3" Go to the Previous Map area
d. "Numpad 0" Go to the Next area.
NB! Some of the quest points are wrong for instance pressing 1 at Lost City will take you to the Ancient Tunnels instead of The Snakes. I just hit "0" always.

"Backspace" = Portal to Town
"U" = Toggel Auto Party
"Num Pad 4" = Loot Corpse - For Hardcore Players
"K" = View a Characters Equipment if pressed with Mouse hovering over the Character while in Town
"F" = Perm Show Items Toggle
"D" = Monster Resists Toggle
"J" = View Socketables, Item Basic Stats, View Socket Base Items Toggle
"V" = Item Value Toggle
"Insert" = Socket Protect Toggle
"L" = Item Levels Toggle
"Ctrl" = Hidden Items Toggle - Use in conjunction with "F"

 

How can I see other players items?

Item names on the ground are visible all the time. As far as I know i had to hold Alt to see them , but now they are visible all the time and its hard to avoid clicking them. How to make it normal ?

 

find line "Perm Show Items Toggle: 1, -1 " in d2hackmap.cfg file and change 1 to 0 if you don't like it.

 

i downloaded this only for the auto teleport. i used version 1.5 before, but i couldnt write ingame without crashing the auto tele.

It seem I won't be able to use 2 characters at the same time. D2Multi is also not working for me.

 

It happens to me also, when I use auto-tele and chat in public games. Usually using keypad for numbers, so it's only a matter of time before the crash comes.

 

But Auto Telle is Soooooo worth the odd crash

 

Anyone know how to disable the Soket protect mode?

Added spoiler (In Opening Post) with the Current Hot Key settings

 

Usually using keypad for numbers, so it's only a matter of time before the crash comes - here ("using keypad for numbers") I should have added "out of habit". So, the autotele dll file is working as intended, it's only responding to user's input.

As a general piece of advice, based on experience, one should disable autoteleport.dll when in public games, where chatting usually occurs. If one happens to be the teleporter, he should use only numbers above the letters section on the keyboard, this way no crash will disturb you. This is also valid for people who do runs, but chat with friends via /w or /m commands.

One thing over another, many thanks, Coldet, for the useful post, it has increased my "productivity" in a noticeable way, when doing runs.

 

Just wondering, anyone know the "config text" for showing the time you got left on spells you cast or party aura's? ie: Time left on Barb cries, thunderstorm on sorc, curses ect? The old stings i Used before my laptop crashed, had it already in the config file.

 

i use a modded d2gfx.dll file to run as many instances as i need, i found it here

do i see the terror keys cuz i think i dont :/ are they inserted in the .ini file?

 

Please tell me how to register in the config value to change the color of things
Example : Item Colours [Crystal Sword][Rare]: Purple - [Rare] Change the color of gold items on purple.
What to write in parentheses to change the color of the normal (white) things on purple?
