Solved Mouse wheel problem

    Hello gyus, i can't use the mouse wheel in game - i can't scroll through my F skills with the mouse wheel, it even won't let me choose it when i go into options > configure controls > select previous/next skill, it just dosen't respond when i press it there. I'm able to scroll in the chat, the list of games, but not in the message log or in configure controls.I found this http://forum.europebattle.net/threads/can-not-assign-mouse-scroll-to-switch-skills-fast.542133/ but i don't understand what i have to do.

    That means you have to run the game in compatibility mode, as it follows:
