Solved Can not assign mouse scroll to switch skills fast

    Hello all,
    On the original D2, I was able to switch between skills really fast with the mouse scroll. For some reason I am unable to assign the mouse scroll on here. Any help would be cool. Thank you

    EDIT: Nevermind guys, I had to set to XP compatibility.. Sorry.
