crafted items = 4 affixes + craft recipe so a perfect rare bvc ring would like this:
10Fcr (must be)
120Ar (must be)
90Mana (bad if not)
40Life (must be)
20Str (nice to have)
11@ or 30single res (makes this perfect)

while my ring compared to perfect rare equivalent is close to perfect what you can get out of a crafted bvc ring.

after 8+ hrs of running mostly pits, tons of useless jewels, set items, runes (up to um) and charms (2/14/17 best) i finally got something of worth - ogre gauntlets. the other 2 drops worth mentioning are bul-kathos' sacred charge (funny bul-kathos' tribal guardian dropped for me a few weeks back but i threw it away -.-) and ghostflame which rolled 220 ed and 12 ml. im thinking of visiting the near shop for some drinks and going back in the pits for something sick. f*ck sleep

Yeah I need my glasses here , I read 176 life but still super nice. Just to give you a little feeling how lucky and rare this drop is:

1:13588 (+3wc +81-100life) : 19(for that 99 / 100 life) : 10 (to get any +bo staffmod) : 3 (to get +3 on bo)
= 1:7.745.160 !!

And as comparison:
Rerolling a "useful" 4x life skiller ~ 1:14k
A JMoD ~ 1:56k
6/40's ~ 1:500k

You just got such a super rare and useful item, it's beyond sanity and equal to a 100% crafted amulet or rare circlet.
I know ppl on blizz server who would kill(!!!) for this helmet.
