i can recommend you to farm areas instead of countess. especially if you dont have the ability to teleport. if your char is weak, farm mausoleum...
if you want to make runes pick up gems and cube gcs. then sell the life sks = profit.

this helm could be so epic, but with these stats (sad but true) its "only" nice, because the adds are not that useful, even though its still...
its easier here, put one gem in cube and click on transmute. --> see what happens and be happy :peace:
