Its just a simple stings mh - you can edit the config, so you see only things that you want to see... For me its SCs, GCs, jwls, very rare/useful...
Does it rly have such a small influence? 50% ll with your upped goblin toes should produce significant amount of heal imho...
Have you tried dracs? There is nothing better to help you with life regen than good old life tap :)
