Wiki Baseline for Skin/Gfx Descriptions (Charms, Amulets and Rings)

Hello Ladies & Gentlemen!

I have recently, and also in the past noticed that many struggle with some of the item Skin names when they are trying to either swap or buy/sell some.

Skin/Gfx hunting is a real pain, so I thought this tiny Post may help the one or the other Player out there when it comes to these
Hopefully this will save you some time in your future trades.

This is just a base-line from what I, myself and many other older Players used to call them like. Just to avoid any sort of confusion.
