Can not start the game!

I downloaded D2 with the correct patch, i did this with the gateway EuropeBattle.Net - Diablo II Private Server , downloaded these http://forum.gamesymbol.com/f842/diablo-ii-v-1-13c-patch-loader-map-hack-531601/ and just i dont get what do we need to install to get the game running?The ather links in the forum i can not klick them it connects me to a strange site and i dont understand what to do to download whats needed pls help or ask if i am not clear.
