Charger or Smiter for PvP against ALL?

Hello people is it true that a Smiter Paladin is not good versus all? Because I made a thread before about a PvP Smiter build and someone told me that If
plan to PvP against all class I should make a Charger. But after on the net i wasn't able to find a good guide about it. So I decided to make one by mself so guys help me out if I need to change something. Thanks in advance.

Stats:
Str: Enough to wear gear
Dex: Enough to wear weapon
Vit: Rest of the point should go here
Ene: None

Gear:
Weapon: Grief PB switch with CTA
Shield: Upped HoZ with Um switch with Spirit
Armor: Fortitude to maximize damage but maybe Enigma is the Best it's hard to make though
Helmet: Upped CoA with 2 Ber I use Guillamesh Face right now with Um for Cause of CB
Gloves: Dracul's for PvM change to CB Gloves with Ias for PvP
Belt: Verdungo's
Boots: Upped Gore Riders
Amulet: Highlords
Rings: 20 Dex Raven with BK ring if you want to sacrifice some stat points you may use 2 BK rings instead and the good thing bout sacrificing 20 stat points in this build is that you can wear 2 Wisp projector and TGods against lightning people. 2 Dwarfstar for Fire without lacking Dex for wearing PB
Oh and 2 Ravens against Sorc.

Guys I base this gear in my Smiter Paladin so I don't know if it is the right gear for a Charger

Skills:
Max Charge
Max Holy Shield
Max Might
Max Fanaticism
Max Vigor
The rest for prereq then remaining points to Smite. I think Smite will reach until Lvl 3 with this build.

Help me with this Build please. XD

 

Your spamming forum with useless crap imo just read forums like d2jsp or ones on google instead of bugging players or just try making a char without filling forums up its abit annoying now -_-

charger is the most useless char in this game in real pvp.
because in real pvp, most ppl have a max block set up and with this set up you will loose any duel against any char.

 

Thanks a lot bro! Maybe that's also the reason why my Smite doesn't hit sometimes? Is Smite Blockable thought it never miss? because most of the time when i smite my opponent there are no damage. XD

 

smite isnt blockable.
charge is blockable.

 

when you hit your opponent and do no damage its because of the range ... try grief in baxe instead of phase blade.. it has bigger range..
smite is always hit so you don't need atack rating because , as Bglzaborg said it's not blockable
