So in trying to figure out what to do with my Gris pala, after experimenting with a frost zealot, I decided to respec to a normal zealot with fanat. After respec I don't even have a point into HF, and my merc is using might. However, the freeze aura continued to display. It was purely visual, I tested to see if it would still work and nobody froze. After the leaving the game and joining another it disappeared. Not sure if this is usual or anyone else encountered something similar, it's the first time I've seen it and thought it was interesting. As you can see below I'm using fanat and full gris, so no doom or ice RW.
That's pretty cool looking I haven't experienced an aura carryover (at least at the visual level) It's like to character couldn't warm up fast enough lol.
There was a medi visual carryover trick in 1.10 using insight. Funny there still are methods to do this
