Solved GameGuard anticheat problem windows 11

I have a problem with running the game. Clear 1.13c diablo run withouht any problems. But with server patch cant.
When i run the game with all compatibility and exclusions, gameguardian start, loading and after that gameguardian splash screen stays on the screen and nothing happen.
This is fresh install of windows, and first diablo 2 game run.
OS: windows 11 pro x64

 

I check instructions again and all is ok. But game wont run

/edit This has been fixed, either the firewall or one of the applications was blocking incoming connections and files download.
