Looking for PvM Poison Necro Build

Hey guys!. I am looking for the best PvM Poison Necro build optimised for Europebattlenet. Here in the forum there is only 1 build for poison and it is pvp based and guides in internet are not optimised for the server. Important remarks: i will use death web/necro tm as i have both items.

never owned one.. i'd build like this:
20nova + synergy
1 summon rez
1 revive
1bone shield
rest poins divided between iron golem/lower res/CE depending on your preference and budget(see merc bellow)

gear:
3/20 2os +2x facet circ
trang gloves
eni
DWeb
rest depends on whether you want maxb or not. i'd prefer nb+125fcr .

merc:
best setup would be merc with infy and insight on iron golem. infy doesnt lower psn rez but it does fire, and CE is 50% fire dmg. if you want to build it cheap insight on merc and clay golem is still decent. you can spare some points for LR or CE thisway.

Inv:
just make sure you got some MF. if you dont, dropp some 7% scs. use some pnb sks anny/torch/gheeds.. usual stuff. dmg should be high enough.. ~13k?
