no value, stats are too low. You should always calculate the 1x1 space ratio with large/grand charms and check with the best sc which is 20/17.
In general just sum up life + mana and devide it. sc 20/17 gives 37 while a perfect grand charm would be 45/59 => 45 + 59 / 3 = 34,666.

As a rule of thumb the 1 space ratio should be above 30 to give some value to your charm. And yours is way below...

Dont think it has any value. 7fhr/40ed is really hard to sell and 18cres isnt a great add. You could need something like -req, str, dex or better res on a rare jewel like this.
