    Hey folks,

I have some spare runes and also been saving up my whites :) (future-RWs, as I like to call 'em).

Some of the whites I got:

    ETH CV 9ed 11dura
    MP 10%ed
    AP 9ed 10dur
    BP 11%ed

And some bows for faith: (which would be best??)
    GMB 3bow sks 4os
    GMB 3bow sks, 8%ed
    GMB 1bow sks, 14ed, 2ar (hehe)
    Matriarchal bow, 2bow sks, 10ed 1ar (hehehe), 4os

I think Infi and Faith would be good bets, but is it worth crafting it? or are the odds of making profit simply too low? or i my return-of-invesment too low?

Any opinion is appriciated, but please clearify, trying to learn D2 economics here, hehe.

    Greetz,
    FLK

This is a bad idea, if the item is low u loose runes, if max u cant sell it. So the best is to buy charm and to craft.

It is a bad idea to gamble with runes, especially with the runewords you had in mind. If you want to gamble, you are going to want to gamble smarter, with things that are easier to sell, like CTA, Enigma, Hoto ( a few examples ). It is a bad idea, because you need to use a proper base ( Not for cta/hoto obviously ) and you need to roll perfect stats on it. For example enigma on MP 15-15 with 773 def and one with 775 def on the same base have quite a different price tag, even though they only have 2 defense difference. What you are supposed to do, which is what most people do, they craft things they need for themselves and if it happens to be a good one - sell it and buy a mediocre one. For example ( I do not know how much this is worth, do not take my words literally ) if you craft a 6/6/4 CTA and it is worth Ber, you can sell it and use part of the runes to write another one or buy a mediocre one.Since you only paid Ohm for it, it will be quite a good ROI. However, if you do this with the sole intent of making profit, you will end up losing more than you earned. So, craft what you need for yourself, things you can use even if you roll bad stats on them and if you roll good ones - then try to sell it.
And, also, every time you craft something you should expect the item to become perfect, with this idea in mind, it would be a bad decision to craft on bad bases. For example, rolling a 775 Enigma ( yes.. again this example ) on 10-13 ED base will reduce its price.. significantly. I follow this rule - if the runeword contains ber in it - I don't craft on bad bases. There are some exceptions to this, but I will follow it in most cases.
