   so, with last wish, when the bosses remain with 0% life, happens to hit them a few seconds (5-8s), till they're die.

   It's perfectly normal as smite damage is quite low and you relay on Crushing Blow to kill your enemies. Crushing Blow becomes less and less effective when they lose HP.
