Smiter PVP Build.

Hello people and good day for expert Paladins out there. I need some advice on how to build a Smiter.
Right now he is a hammerdin without good equips. Reason is for MFing my gears for my endgame build.
This is what in my mind bout building my future Smiter.

Skills:

Combat Skills:

20 Smite
20 Holy Shield

Offensive Auras:

20 Fanaticism

Defensive Auras:

20 Defiance

Rest pts. Vigor

Other skills pts is for unlocking the main skills. Now my dilemma is this. Should i max Vigor for chasing and running purposes
Or max charge for chasing with damage purposes. Well if I do one this things ill only put 1 pt in Defiance. So what it should be?

Gears:

Weapon: Grief Phase Blade and CTA for switching. Don't know what weapon for CTA.
Shield: Herald of Zakarum if ther is a slotted HOZ ill put Ber runes for damage reduce.
I also don't know how to upped HOZ since I'm new to this game.
Spirit Shield for switching with CTA dunno what shield though.
Armor: Enigma Archon Plate
Gloves: Draculs
Boots: Gore Riders
Belt: Verdungo Hearty Chord
Rings: I have no idea maybe Ravenfrost and Stone of Jordan. Help me here please.
Amulet: Maybe Maras kaleidoscope or metal grid I dunno lol.

Stats:
Str: 103 for wearing Enigma Archon Plate
Dex: 136 for wearing Grief Phase Blade and blocking purposes
Vit: Rest of the pts.
Energy: none

Charms: my biggest problem I really don't know what should I look for.

So PvP addicts out there specially veteran Crusaders of this realm please help me.

**Since you mentioned charms are your biggest problem I will tell you that if you are not willing to spend several Bers in charms, just get Life Small charms from 18-20life are good. If your resistances are low, also 4-5@ress charms are good but as smitter your resistances should already be high enough.

What do you mean by spending several Bers in Charms? Is there a secret recipe between those two? Can you tell me more of it? Thanks a lot bro!
