tcp ip game issues

Hello, these days i was playing solo single player. After some days i tried to move my items in another character also single player. So i tried to play multiplayer tcp / ip . When i try to host a game it loads and returns to lobby ? I use the version same version i use for the europabattle.net Tried to reinstall , disabled firewall , running the game as windows xp sp2 compatible as awlays but with no effect. Is there something in the patch for the server that disables this feature or something else ?
