The Cow King not spawn, devs are confused too haha :)

First of all, Happy Diablo II 20th Anniversary (actually is 29 June but whatever) to everyone

I search for something in my PC and found this video from 2011 in which I wanna do cow runs and kill the Cow King but he's not there!
I'm watching stream of David Brevik (Blizzard North CEO) and his wife Divo Brevik (which is also a Diablo 1 & 2 dev), asking her about that and she doesn't know either . Here's my question to her - https://clips.twitch.tv/SingleBenevolentEaglePunchTrees
