That means your other PC is missing our realm gateway or you have multiple clients and the game path is being read incorrectly. Follow the connect steps from our website once again and run the Gateway.reg file manually; make sure it's being added correctly into the registry. Alternatively, you can follow the optional step and add our realm address manually via gateway editor which you can download from here.
