    Hello there,
    First you shouldn't enable the "Advanced" option so make sure to disable that, secondly check your antivirus/firewall and see if anything is blocking the connection.

    Can you show me a screenshot of that? And also, are all the files downloading properly now? If yes, did you do anything in particular?

    Not sure what you mean by that @fork. So the files are downloading properly now upon running the launcher, correct?
    What is the current issue you are having? Does the game not start after you get the game guard splash screen? Do you get any message from game guard in top left corner?

    i cannot open europebattl.net site without vpn, so any app that i try to open from PC( not browser with vpn-ad) blocks. Any solution?

    Is this a country restriction? Are you able to visit other websites on your computer or only specific ones are being blocked?
    Can you let us know your real IP address by using this website https://whatismyipaddress.com? (this post can only be seen by moderators, so your IP address won't be visible to the public)

    /edit I just asked several RU players and they have no issues accessing the website

    What is your IP address? Visit https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and let me know your IPv4 and IPv6 because like I said, other russian players have no issue accessing the website or server.

    Alright, so it seems it's a country (Russia) restriction indeed which really sucks, what happens if you keep your VPN browser on while trying to run the game? What VPN extension do you currently use?

    PS: Can you tell me if you can access this site http://rus.europebattle.net/europebattle/d2/

    Most programs that have connection to servers, cannot connect. Browser with vpn works, any site i can open... (what happens if you keep your VPN browser on while trying to run the game?) How it involve to each other???

    Have you tried the free version of ProtonVPN?
    I mean your country blocks non-RU domains in general, as well as Cloudflare, from what I've been told and see on the internet, however direct connection should still work.

    now it works with "zapret youtube" Very strange as you mentioned, you asked ru players about such problem and they dont know about this program
    PS: could you give me all accs with reset passwords for "********.***@**.ru" mail

    Use the `Password Reset` link from the website, left menu, or send an e-mail to [email protected] from the same e-mail address that is attached to the account you wish to recover the password for and make sure to mention your accounts inside as well.

    Are you able to access the website now? I posted a link earlier, and you didn't answer whether you were able to visit it.
