Nope - this is not true - again!
You can found Zod Rune from monsters with Mlvl (Monster Level...) 81+ so, as we all know (i really hope...) normal/regular monsters have Mlvl equal to the Alvl (Area Level...) but the Champions are + 2, and the Unique Monster and the Minions (a.k.a. Boss Pack/s...) are + 3! So... When we do some really hard mathematical-qauntum-mechanics calculations, we will discover that, the first possible source is about 50 meters outside the act 1! Yes, you guessed it - Den of Evil with Alvl 79 - there you can found Zod Rune from the Champions and/or from the Boss pack/s - the only exception is the Super Unique Corpsefire, he have fixed (like the other Super Uniques and/or Act Bosses) TC 78 and RTC 16 (max Cham rune) but his Minions are with RTC 17, so, you are capable to found Zod from them...
So please, before make such statement just check in google and i constantly repeat - now in these days is easy, because the all info is in the Net... Is not like when me and my entire generation, clashed with this great game-engine (maybe the greatest...) for the first time, and calculated everything on our own...
Simply because this way, with or without intent, you mislead other players - and such things are not cool - at all!
Of course if you don't want to calculate the all Alvl's in Act 1 you can just TURN ON the "Area Level Toggle" and/or "Monster Rune TC Toggle" in your Map Hack/s!
And for the protocol - Tower Cellar Level 4 is Alvl 78, so ONLY the Boss Packs have Mlvl 81 and RTC 17... And, because i'm like Sherlock Holmes i'm completely sure, that your General Zod from Krypton, is from Boss Pack of Wraiths - mostly, because of the corpses/remains on your picture...

Now i get back to the purpose of the topic!



All of the sc's are from the super chests in Halls of Pain/Anguish! Of course plus short video with Jah Rune from some Horror Mage Champion in WC Level 2 and Lo Rune from some Boss Pack in Sew Level 1 in Act 2! And it's interesting, because when i saw the drop for the first time, i thought that is again from container (like the last video, with the Jah Rune from the Sparkly Chest in Drifter Cavern...) but when i saw it, on frame by frame, i saw that it was from the Champion!
